The problem this solves
A physical location needs to sell, serve or measure something without a person standing there. The hardware is the easy part; the fleet software, the payment path, the restocking logic and knowing when a unit is broken are the parts that decide whether it is worth owning.
Who this is for
Retail operators, malls, campuses, hospitality and anyone running units across more than one site — where the fleet view is the thing that actually matters.
What you receive
The unit, the software that runs it, the payment integration, telemetry, and a dashboard that reports what sold, where and when. Commissioning and installation are named separately because they are real work with a real cost.
What we need from you
The site, its power and network, whatever permission the landlord requires, and who is going to physically restock it. That last one is the question most often left unanswered until after installation.
Evidence
VENDI is our own venture — vending machines for children's toys — and it is in development, not a shipped product with a deployment history. We state that plainly rather than presenting a concept as something you can order today.
Costs beyond our fee
Hardware, payment-processor fees, connectivity, and the electricity and rent of the site are yours and recur. Spare parts and a service arrangement are a separate decision that should be made before the first unit ships, not after the first failure.
Timeline and what it depends on
Hardware lead times and site readiness govern this, and both sit outside our control. We will not quote a delivery date before a bill of materials and a commissioning scope are agreed.
Support after delivery
Warranty, spare-part holding and who owns the service call are agreed in writing before supply. A deployment without a named service owner is a deployment that stops working quietly.
