Assumptions

VENDI is a vending venture for children's toys, in development. Any figure shown is a planning anchor for a full deployment — machine, software, commissioning, installation and warranty — and the real number depends on the specification and the site. Toy selection, age range, supplier documentation, safety requirements, placement and service obligations are settled in discovery and in the itemised specification. No deposit is taken, no stock is held and no delivery date is offered.

Third-party costs you pay directly

Tooling, samples, freight, customs duty, and any testing or certification required for the destination market are separate line items. Tooling does not scale with quantity, so a small run carries proportionally more of it.

Ownership and licensing

Character and design rights are defined in writing before manufacture. Tooling ownership is stated in the order — it is not assumed either way, because it is expensive to get wrong.

What we need from you

Brand assets, the intended audience and age group, the quantity you actually want, and the delivery destination. The age group determines the safety requirements and the safety requirements determine the cost.

Support

Acceptance is measured against the approved physical sample. Defect handling, replacement terms and who holds spare parts are written into the order before production starts.
