Version
These terms are version 2026-09, a draft prepared for review. Each proposal version names the version of these terms it was issued under, and your acceptance is recorded against that version.
Nothing here is an offer
The prices on this website are indicative starting points for the scope described beside them. They are not a quotation and not an offer capable of acceptance. Work begins from a written scope and a signed agreement, and the price in that agreement is the price.
Nothing here is purchasable
There is no checkout on this site or in the customer account. We do not take payment, deposits or pre-orders through either, and a form on this site cannot commit you to anything.
“From” means from
A “from” price is achievable for the scope stated on that page and no other. Where a price depends on quantity, specification or delivery responsibility, we say so and quote it itemised instead of printing a number that would be a guess.
Your account
An account is for a customer organisation and the people it admits. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anything done from your session is treated as done by you. An owner or administrator who invites someone is responsible for that person’s access and can remove it at any time. Give us accurate details and keep them current.
Accepting a proposal
A proposal we send appears in your account with its scope and price. When an owner or administrator of the account accepts a version, that acceptance is recorded with the person who gave it and the time, the version is fixed, and any earlier open version is superseded.
A recorded acceptance is your organisation’s confirmation of that scope and price. It does not replace a signed agreement where one is required; it records what that agreement is to be based on. Changes after acceptance are issued as a new version for you to accept again.
Invoices and settlement
Invoices are settled by bank transfer to the account printed on the invoice. Uploading a transfer confirmation in your account is not payment; it is evidence, which our finance team verifies against the bank. An invoice is paid when the funds are received and verified, and the receipt is issued then. We do not take card payments, deposits or direct debits through this site.
Recurring fees
A subscription shown in your account is a recurring fee in a proposal version you accepted. It runs on the interval and at the price in that version. To change or end it, send us a request from your account; the change is issued as a new version for you to accept. Until then the accepted version stands.
Documents
Documents issued to you in your account are copies for your records. Download links expire after 60 seconds; open the document again from your account if a link has expired.
Tax
Prices are stated without tax. The company’s tax registration status is not yet confirmed, so no tax is displayed or added and no tax registration number is published. When that changes, this page changes with it.
Third-party costs
Hosting, model and API usage, platform subscriptions, paid themes and fonts, payment-processing fees, freight and duty are billed to you by their providers. They are not included in our fees. Each engagement names the ones that apply before it starts.
Existing agreements
Nothing on this page changes an agreement already signed. There is no retroactive repricing.
Support and response times
A support request raised in your account reaches the team that runs your work. We have not set a response-time commitment, so this site does not state one. A commitment, where it exists, lives in a signed agreement.
Availability
The account is provided as a convenience for following your work. We do not commit to its availability and may take it offline for maintenance. Your records are not lost while it is offline, and your rights under a signed agreement do not depend on it.
Ventures
The ventures listed on this site are products the company is building or operating. A development stage is not a launch date, a regulatory permission, or an assurance of availability in any particular country.
Licensed scope
B2 Dynamics FZ-LLC holds RAKEZ trade licences. A trade licence permits a commercial activity. It is not a financial-services permission, a professional certification, or an approval from any regulator, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
