An annual subscription with usage and support boundaries agreed before it starts. It is a managed service, not unmetered software, and the boundaries exist so the service stays deliverable rather than degrading quietly.
Third-party costs you pay directly
Model and voice usage is charged by the provider and scales with how much you use it. Where your own systems are connected, their subscriptions remain yours. We will agree an allowance before the subscription starts rather than issuing a surprise later.
Ownership and licensing
Your data stays yours and is exportable. The service itself is licensed, not sold. We do not train shared models on your content.
What we need from you
Access to whatever the assistant is expected to work with, and a named person who can say when an answer is wrong. Without the second, there is no way to tell whether it is working.
Support
Business-hours support during the subscription. We have not set a resolution-time commitment, so we are not going to publish one — response and resolution targets are agreed in the contract, where they can be held to.
All figures in UAE dirhams (AED). Prices are stated exclusive of any tax that may apply. The company's tax registration status is not yet confirmed, so no tax is shown or added.
Nothing on this site is purchasable online. Every engagement begins with a written scope and a signed agreement.
