Assumptions

The price assumes an agreed scope, decisions inside a few working days, and content supplied in a usable state. Anything discovered after the scope is signed is a change, priced as one. We would rather set the boundary now than discover it at week six.

Third-party costs you pay directly

Your proposal identifies the third-party charges that apply and how they are billed. These typically include cloud hosting, domains, model or API usage, paid fonts or themes, payment-processor fees and any SaaS subscription the build depends on. They are not included in our fee.

Ownership and licensing

Ownership of the deliverables and source code transfers on final payment, as set out in your agreement. Third-party components keep their own licences, which are listed. We will not publish your name, screens or data without written permission.

What we need from you

A single decision-maker, content and assets in a usable format, access to any system this must connect to, and timely review at the agreed checkpoints. Review delay is the most common cause of a moved launch date, and it is not a delay we can absorb.

Support

A defect warranty runs from launch; its length is stated on the tier. A defect is behaviour that differs from the agreed scope — it is not a new requirement. Ongoing care beyond the warranty is a separate agreement with stated hours and coverage.
