Priced per supported asset per month, with a stated allowance of improvement hours at each tier. The monthly fee is the price; there is no percentage-of-build charge.
Third-party costs you pay directly
Cloud, licence and API bills remain yours. Recovering a fault that pre-dates the agreement is separate work, as is any large incident — care covers keeping a healthy product healthy.
Ownership and licensing
Nothing about ownership changes because we look after it. Everything built during the retainer belongs to you on the same terms as the original build.
What we need from you
An onboarding health check before the first month, access to the hosting and repository, and a named contact who can approve a change.
Support
Business hours, with the response window agreed in the contract. This is not 24/7 on-call and we are not describing it as though it were.
All figures in UAE dirhams (AED). Prices are stated exclusive of any tax that may apply. The company's tax registration status is not yet confirmed, so no tax is shown or added.
Nothing on this site is purchasable online. Every engagement begins with a written scope and a signed agreement.
