Brief us on your projectAssumptions
Permission complexity is what drives the price, not the model. One curated corpus with one user group is a different engagement from per-document entitlements inherited across several systems. We will not weaken a permission model to reach a lower tier.
Third-party costs you pay directly
Model API usage is charged per token by the provider and scales with how much your team asks it. Vector storage, document processing and any connected SaaS are billed separately and recur. This is an ongoing operating cost, not part of the build fee, and it is the cost most often left out of an assistant proposal.
Ownership and licensing
Ownership of the deliverables and source code transfers on final payment, as set out in your agreement. Third-party components keep their own licences, which are listed. We will not publish your name, screens or data without written permission.
What we need from you
A single decision-maker, content and assets in a usable format, access to any system this must connect to, and timely review at the agreed checkpoints. Review delay is the most common cause of a moved launch date, and it is not a delay we can absorb.
Support
A defect warranty runs from launch; its length is stated on the tier. A defect is behaviour that differs from the agreed scope — it is not a new requirement. Ongoing care beyond the warranty is a separate agreement with stated hours and coverage.
All figures in UAE dirhams (AED). Prices are stated exclusive of any tax that may apply. The company's tax registration status is not yet confirmed, so no tax is shown or added.
